Why Beveled Glass?

To create beveled glass we start with a thick piece of glass and cut at angle along the edge of the glass.  By cutting at an angle we are able to change the way the lift reflects as it goes through the glass.  As the light reflects through the angled glass a prism effect is created.  This prism effect can result in a very elegant display of multiple colors.  By beveling the glass will now have a more elegant framed in look.
